Part I: Accessing eGP System

Landing Page and Login for Suppliers

 

  1. Visit the eGP website: https//egp.praz.org.zw
  2. Click on the “LOGIN” option.
  3. Select “Supplier” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter your username and password, then click “LOG IN”.

Part II: Bid Notice Access and Participation

  1. Add Tender to My Opportunity & Prepare Response
  2. Log in and navigate to “Menu” > “Bulletin Board”.
  3. Click on “Latest Tenders” to view available tenders.
  4. Search for a tender or directly access it, then click “Add to My Opportunities”.
  5. Confirm adding the tender by clicking “YES”.
  6. Select the tender and click “Prepare Response” from the dropdown menu.
  7. Choose your response type (Individual or Joint Venture) and submit.
  8. Accept the terms and conditions, then proceed to fill bidding templates.

Payment and Bid Submission

  1. Pay required fees by clicking “Make Payment”.
  2. Select your payment currency and proceed with payment.
  3. Fill and encrypt bidding templates (eligibility, technical, and financial).
  4. Submit your bid response after checking the mandatory disclaimer.

Modifying, Withdrawing, and Changing Response Type

  1. Modify Bid: Access the tender, modify the required fields, encrypt, and resubmit.
  2. Change Response Type: Change from individual to joint venture or vice versa before the closing date.
  3. Withdraw Bid: Withdraw your bid before the closing date and time.

Viewing Summary Reports

  1. Click “View Summary Report” from the dropdown menu.
  2. Access the summary report after tender opening.
